    Hi Sandy!

    How exciting! We went to Iceland as well and you can’t go wrong with the organized tours. Here is a ‘must see’ though we actually SKIPPED it. we have since seen it on TV specials several times, HAHA!

    Not my cup of tea but I will tell you what is.. try the fish soup / chowder, it is out of this world, and don’t be afraid to try the different types of fish dishes available. I am not a huge fish fan but I did enjoy most of what I ate.
    Also see if you can walk on a glacier and don’t miss all of the beautiful waterfalls! The sky is unreal there! I hope you will post pictures for us!
