    • 2 T. Fresh Chamomile or Good Quality Dried Chamomile Buds
    • 1 T. Fresh or Dried Lavender Buds
    • 1 T. Fresh Mint
    • 1 T. Lemon Balm
    • Fresh Rose Petals

      Lovely mixture for a sleepy time tea. Mix and steep to desired darkness.
